Terms of Use
The rules and terms for using the website and our digital services.

1. Acceptance and eligibility
These terms govern the use of the ThinkTech website, the ThinkTech Engine portal and all associated products. By creating an account or using the services, the user confirms that they have the legal capacity and full delegated authority to represent the business or entity on whose behalf they act. Any custom services or standalone system development are subject to additional contracts that do not conflict with these terms.
2. Accounts, permissions and single sign-on
The customer undertakes to provide accurate information when registering, to keep it up to date, and to protect its login credentials and identifiers. The Establishment offers a single sign-on option, while requirements, access rights and authorizations remain separate and independent within each product according to the active plan. The appearance of any feature in the interface does not automatically grant the right to use it unless it is included in the actual subscription.
3. Acceptable use and prohibition of misuse
Using the service for any of the following is strictly prohibited:
- Any fraudulent activity, or publishing content that violates the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Sending unsolicited messages (spam) or violating the privacy or intellectual property of others.
- Circumventing software restrictions, attempting to breach or disrupt the systems, reverse engineering, or giving access to unauthorized parties.
Right of immediate suspension: The Establishment may suspend or deactivate the account immediately and without prior notice in the event of any direct security risk, fraudulent behavior or clear legal violation, in order to protect the integrity of the platform and the stability of services for other customers, while reserving all of its contractual and statutory rights.
4. Ownership of data and content, and intellectual property
- Customer data: The customer retains all intellectual property rights and full sovereignty over the data and content it enters into the platform, and grants the Establishment a limited, non-exclusive license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service and technical support.
- Software ownership: The Establishment retains all intellectual property, commercial, publishing and authorship rights in its software, designs, source code, trademarks and general tools. No part of this ownership transfers to the customer unless a separate, dedicated custom development contract provides otherwise, after the amounts due under it have been paid in full.
5. Responsibility for AI outputs
AI outputs and analyses are provided for assistance and operational support only, and do not in themselves constitute legal, financial or accounting advice, or certified advice. The customer and its responsible officer are responsible for professional verification and human review before adopting any decision or publishing any operational or advertising output.
6. Service levels, force majeure and disputes
The Establishment strives to make the services available to the highest standards of quality and stability. Neither party is liable for any failure or delay resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), such as disasters, emergency government decisions, or complete outages of internet networks or external platforms. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute that may arise from them.
