1. Products and the ThinkTech Engine portal

The Establishment offers its digital products (NEXUS, MATLA, WASL, NAJEEB, NABD and JAZEEL) according to the availability of each product and its active plan. A ThinkTech Engine account provides unified access, without a subscription to a particular product granting an automatic right to use the other products not included in the plan.

2. Prices, payment and automatic renewal

  • Fees, billing frequency, usage limits and applicable taxes are clearly displayed before the subscription is completed.
  • If the subscription includes automatic renewal, the customer is notified by email (14) days before the annual renewal, as a reminder of the billing date, the plan details and how to stop it.
  • Billing disputes and inquiries should be sent to the support and billing email address: support@thinktechsa.com.

3. Cancellation and refunds

The cancellation terms, when cancellation takes effect, the effects of features being stopped, and the refund policy are set out before payment and in the account, without prejudice to rights established by law or under a concluded agreement. Billing disputes are handled through support@thinktechsa.com; legal matters can be sent to legal@thinktechsa.com.

4. Usage limits and upgrades

Available features, quotas, number of seats, integrations and processing capacity are determined by the plan. Some features may be shown for display only and cannot be used unless the required permissions and entitlements are in place. Increasing quotas or upgrading is subject to a clear presentation of the fees and the effects of the change.

5. Exporting data after the subscription ends

The Establishment provides a window of up to (30) calendar days after the subscription ends or is cancelled, during which the customer may request an export of its operational data in a reasonable technical format, before blocking and final destruction procedures begin in accordance with the provisions of this policy.

6. Custom development services

Custom website, application and system projects are subject to a scope of work, delivery and acceptance schedule, payments, ownership rights and support defined in a separate contract. Where the provisions of the specific contract conflict with these general terms, they prevail, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Product scope annexes

  1. NEXUS — Business intelligence: Analytics and recommendations are based on the customer’s authorized data; no binding decisions are made automatically outside the approved permission and approval policies.
  2. MATLA — Marketing: Publishing content and advertisements and connecting external accounts depend on platform authorizations, the customer’s approval and the approved advertising spend.
  3. WASL — Customer relationship management: The customer, as controller, is responsible for the legal bases for collecting its customers’ data and notifying them; the Establishment carries out the processing within the contract and the permissions granted.
  4. NAJEEB — Accounting: Outputs, vouchers, journal entries, posting and reports are subject to the approved permissions and accounting procedures; statutory record-retention requirements are observed.
  5. NABD — Customer experience: Call, recording and automated reply functions require appropriate notices, processing bases and permissions, taking into account the terms of the communication channels and platforms.
  6. JAZEEL — Loyalty: Points programs, behavioral analysis and marketing communications are subject to the contractual provisions, privacy requirements and the consents required for the type of activity.
