1. Nature of connections and authorization

Depending on the plan and availability, the platform makes it possible to connect with external platforms and services such as Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok and Snapchat, as well as communication and payment services. Connections are made through approved authorization protocols (such as OAuth), without asking for the passwords of external accounts. The customer bears full responsibility for the lawfulness of the content, messages and advertisements sent through its accounts.

2. Content and automation

The customer is responsible for the lawfulness of the content, messages, advertisements and commands it approves for sending through its accounts, while the Establishment complies with professional controls and mandatory policies. Actions that affect the audience, advertising balances or reputation are not carried out without the required permissions and approvals. Automated replies to Google reviews are subject to Google Business Profile policies and the permissions specified by the user.

3. Changes to services and limitation of liability

Integrations are subject to the terms and policies of the external platforms and the availability of their application programming interfaces (APIs). The Establishment is not responsible for any sudden changes, restrictions or suspension of the customer’s account imposed by those external platforms for reasons beyond the Establishment’s control or because the customer has violated those platforms’ terms.

4. Data and privacy

Platform data is processed within the limits of the authorized purpose and within the periods and restrictions imposed by the developer terms and the relevant regulations. Account disconnection and data removal procedures are applied when the authorization ends, in accordance with the applicable terms.
